Our membership is a diverse group of HR and L&D professionals working across a range of sectors and business sizes. Each member brings value to the group, and we love to welcome new people with different experiences to enrich our conversations.

 

The value of membership is in bringing together a collective HR community, and leveraging membership fees to attract and secure some of the most prominent HR speakers in the country.

 

The below membership costs are typically covered by the Employer. They are charged upfront on a yearly basis via direct debit. An invoice will be provided.

Silver Membership

Silver is our individual membership, great for a standalone HR director or manager. What's included?

  1. Access to 10 events over the course of the year, with at least 4 events headlined by a nationally recognised HR guest speaker.
  2. Access to our community members zone forum. 
Pricing Website - Gold

Gold Membership

As a Gold member, you benefit from enrolment of an additional two team members at a reduced cost, access to all events and the members zone. 

  1. Additional training and speaking events specialising in learning and development for Junior team members, building a peer group for those progressing on their CIPD qualification. 
  2. Access to all historical event information given out by our HR guest speakers. Potentially saving you money seeking external advice, should a topic be covered in one of our events, you can refer back to it anytime! 
  3. Private Community Members forum: post a topic for discussion. This is a private & confidential forum, only accessible via login details. You or your business may have an idea, which you’d like to bounce off our HR members to get their thoughts and ideas. You can post anonymously, or publicly to fellow members.  Or you may have a HR issue that you’d like to anonymously get feedback on from fellow members. Members can then give their thoughts and feedback.
