We’re recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our fantastic membership organisation specifically targeted at HR professionals looking for networking, knowledge sharing and a confidential space to sense check and share ideas.
We run 10 events per year, which include roundtable Q&A style events, bigger high profile HR speaker events and workshops either in person or over Zoom.
This is a standalone position with support and direction available if needed, it would suit someone who is forward thinking and used to working in a small business where they’ve had complete control over projects and events, over time.
The role itself is probably best described as unique, busy and varied with a great deal of potential to make it your own and scale the business. With each day different, this will include everything from marketing and campaign planning, sales and relationship building, growing the membership base, administration, responding and following on enquiries, planning content and attending and co-ordinating all events.
Ideally, you’ll have experience of running events, growing sales or memberships previously along with a range of social media, administration and marketing skills.
Essentially, you must be a strong communicator who can build rapport and relationship build quickly and naturally.
You’ll be ambitious and want to over-achieve set goals and targets along with being full of new ideas which can quickly be implemented!
